Mr. David Mata, Operations Manager for Eagle View Security & Investigations, Inc., has over thirty years of experience in the security industry and ten years working as a private investigator. He holds an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice. Moreover, he joined the Constable Precinct 4 Reserves in Webb County because he knew that helping the community was his call. During that time, he opened his security guard company in Laredo, Texas. Three years later, the Private Investigation Division was established. Mr. Mata is a licensed Personal Protection Officer/ bodyguard. In 2018, he was presented with the title of Director at Large for the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI) and was recently awarded a Certificate of Honor.
